Trim off all excess fat. Season both sides of brisket with Lawry's Lemon Pepper, Lawry's Garlic Salt and Onion Flakes. Generously pour some Pa Paw's BBQ Sauce over entire brisket and spread around. Wrap in aluminum foil and seal edges. Place in refrigerator to marinate. (I usually marinate it over night.) Leave brisket in foil and put in oven bag and cook in preheated oven at300degrees for 2 hours. Remove from oven and enjoy a delicious piece of meat.

Season a 5-6 lb. pork butt roast with your favorite seasonings. Tear off large piece of heavy duty aluminum foil as you will be folding it to make a pouch when you have finished adding all the ingredients. Remove skin from chicken and place chicken on aluminum foil. Season chicken (all sides) with your favorite dry rub, sprinkle real bacon bits over chicken, add approx. 2 tbls. of butter or margarine, add pineapple chunks without the juice) and cover with crushed croutons.. You can also add your favorite vegetables (i,e, potatoes, carrots, mushrooms, zucchini) in with the main ingredients.

Turn heat down to medium and cook for approximately 40 minutes. I turn the pouch over 2 - 3 times during the cooking process.
Cover grill with aluminum foil and pour a little olive oil on it so the salmon won't stick to the foil.
Rub salmon with olive oil and apply favorite seasonings to both sides of salmon. Place on preheated grill and cook for approximately 30-40 minutes or until done. Season your salmon with your favorite dry rub seasonings. Place salmon on aluminum foil. Put butter, asparagus, and Pa Paw's BBQ sauce on it. Fold aluminum foil to make a pouch (sealing all edges). Place on grill or in the oven and cook til done.
