BEEF BRISKET (cooked in oven)

 

Trim off all excess fat.  Season both sides of brisket with Lawry's Lemon Pepper, Lawry's Garlic Salt and Onion Flakes.  Generously pour some Pa Paw's BBQ Sauce over entire brisket and spread around.  Wrap in aluminum foil and seal edges.  Place in refrigerator to marinate.   (I usually marinate it over night.)  Leave brisket in foil and put in oven bag and cook in preheated oven at300degrees for 2 hours.   Remove from oven and enjoy a delicious piece of meat.

 

JALAPENO POPPERS

 

Use Va Va's cream cheese dip mixture to stuff your jalapenos and wrap them with bacon.  Bake in  oven or on BBQ grill until bacon is cooked.  Drizzle some Pa Paw's Killer BBQ Sauce over them for the best tasting poppers around.

 

KILLER KABOBS

 

Marinade some bacon and whttps://img1.wsimg.com/isteam/stock/80639/:/rs=w:687,h:343.5,cg:true,m/cr=w:687,h:343.5hole mushrooms in bowl with Pa Paw's Killer BBQ Sauce.  Wrap bacon around mushrooms and put on kabobs. Throw them on  the grill.  Cook until bacon is done and enjoy a great tasting mushroom/bacon kabob.

 

PULLED PORK

 

Season a 5-6 lb. pork butt roast with your favorite seasonings.  (Pa Paw prefers Lawry's Garlic Salt and Lawry's Lemon Pepper)  Place seasoned roast in aluminum foil and generously baste with Pa Paw's Killer BBQ Sauce and seal the aluminum foil.  Place on cookie sheet pan and place in oven at 250 degrees and cook for 7-8 hours or until done (roast should be falling apart).  Shred the roast and enjoy.  Add some more Pa Paw's Killer BBQ Sauce to make it taste even better,

 

GRILLED PINEAPPLE CHICKEN

Tear off large piece of heavy duty aluminum foil as you will be folding  it to make a pouch when you have finished adding all the ingredients.   Remove skin from  chicken and place chicken on aluminum foil.  Season  chicken (all sides) with your favorite dry rub, sprinkle real bacon bits  over chicken, add approx. 2 tbls. of butter or margarine, add pineapple  chunks and cover with  crushed croutons..  


Generously pour Pa Paw's  Killer BBQ Sauce over everything .  Fold aluminum foil over and seal all  edges very good.  Place on BBQ grill  (on high heat) until aluminum  foil inflates.  Turn heat down to medium and cook for approximately 40  minutes.  I turn the pouch over 2 - 3 times during the cooking process.    

 

BBQ GRILLED SALMON

 Cover grill with aluminum foil and pour a little olive oil on it so the salmon won't stick to the foil. 

Rub salmon with olive oil and apply favorite seasonings to both sides of salmon.  Place on preheated grill and cook for approximately 30-40 minutes or until done.  Drizzle a little Pa Paw's Killer BBQ Sauce on salmon every time you turn it (approximately every 5 minutes)  When fully cooked, add a little more BBQ sauce to finish it with a nice glaze.

 



GREAT SNACK

 

Warm a flour tortilla in microwave oven, lightly coat with butter, peanut butter and some  Pa  Paw's Killer BBQ Sauce.  Roll it up and enjoy a tasty snack.

 

VA VA'S CREAM CHEESE DIP INGREDIENTS:

  • Soft cream cheese
  • Bacon bits
  • Diced jalapeno pepper (w/o seeds)

Mix cream cheese, bacon bits and diced jalapeno together.  Serve on your favorite snack cracker with some Pa Paw's Killer BBQ Sauce on top.  Makes a dip that is hard to beat. 

* You can substitute shrimp for the bacon bits if you like.

CROCK POT MEAL

Place any meat (beef or pork roast, or chicken) in your crock pot in a slow cooker bag, with 4 oz. of Pa Paw's Killer BBQ Sauce and a little water, a bag of baby carrots, some small red potatoes,  onions, garlic  and your spices.  Cook all day.  About 1-2 hours before done, add some zucchini (sliced in large pieces), cabbage, mushrooms,  and asparagus  and finish cooking.  About 10 minutes before done, pour out some of the juice and add some more of Pa Paw's Killer BBQ Sauce.

BEER PORK BUTT ROAST

Season up a pork butt roast with your favorite seasonings and put it in your crockpot.  Pour in a lager beer and 8 oz. of Pa Paw's Killer BBQ Sauce.  Cook all day.  About 30 minutes before eating, pour out some of the juice and add some more Pa Paw's Killer BBQ Sauce

 

POTLUCK FAVORITES

place meatballs and/or Smokey Joe wieners (frozen or thawed) into your crock pot and smother with some Pa Paw's Killer BBQ Sauce.  Simmer for approximately 1 hour (depending on quantity).  Quick/easy dish to prepare for potlucks. 

GRILLED PORK TENDERLOIN INGREDIENTS:

  • Pork tenderloin
  • 2 tbls. mustard
  • 4 oz. Pa Paw's Killer BBQ Sauce
  • Favorite dry rub seasoning(s)

Mix mustard and BBQ sauce together.  Inject it into the tenderloin and apply dry rub seasoning(s).  Wrap it in aluminum foil and let it marinate for 3-4 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.  Cook on BBQ grill for approximately 45 minutes.  Take tenderloin out of aluminum foil and brown on grill.  Enjoy a great tasting piece of pork.

MEATLOAF WITH PA PAW'S KILLER BBQ SAUCE INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 12-14 crushed saltine crackers
  • 3 raw eggs
  • seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic salt, lemon pepper)
  • Tomato catsup
  • Pa Paw's Killer BBQ Sauce (small amount)
  • chopped black olives
  • mushrooms

Mix above ingredients together and put in baking dish and baste it with a little bit of catsup and Pa Paw's Killer BBQ Sauce.  Place in oven at 300 degrees and cook for 90 minutes or until done
